High School Musical star rushed to hospital
Zac Efron was rushed to hospital yesterday suffering from appendicitis, his publiciser has confirmed.
The 'High Schooling Musical' star had emergency surgical procedure at the Cedars Sinai Peninsula Medical examination Centre in Los Angeles, and is said to be doing well.
Efron became a adolescent heartthrob with his starring office as Troy Bolton in the hit Disney film 'High School Musical' and its continuation. He too starred in the photographic film 'Hairspray'.
He was hospitalised a sidereal day after Walt Walt Disney Studios announced that he and his 'High School Musical' co-stars had signed on to appear in the histrionics motion-picture show 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year'.
